Working with people who are excited about technology at least as much as I do, with whom I get to develop products and experiences that can enhance people's life.
I've studied computer science ever since I was in 10th grade and just LOVED it, but clearly, this wasn't enough.
Normally, a BSc degree provides all that there is to know in order to get your first job, from then on, it's all about you, your dedication, your passion and your willingness to learn.
I have graduated my BSC, MSC and PhD in computer science at Ben Gurion university of the Negev, which provided me with deep research and problem solving skills, in addition to my engineering ones. I was also a lecturer and a teaching assistant which helped me to gain confidence when talking in front of many people, as well as clearly describe my ideas
I've started working at a startup company, in parallel to my PhD studies, which helped me to gain experience as a software engineer but above all, helped to realize that I am so much more passionate about technology and products than pure research. So after graduating my PhD, I started working at Microsoft.
If you find technology exciting, open your minds and follow your heart, don't be afraid to fail, cause there's nothing fulfilling as proving yourself that you can do everything that excites you, everything that will put a smile on your face every day.
