In a series of full day courses and exclusive industry events, participants will learn the new leadership skills for a digital age, gain mastery of digital business models and develop disciplined approaches to exploiting convergence opportunities. For the first time, one program will provide TMT executives with actionable strategies for succeeding in the new economy.

CanWIT is a connected organization that provides women in technology with knowledge and passion, allowing them to advance in their careers and businesses and grow the organizations they participate in. CanWIT does this through mentoring, networking, development and advocacy.

The Girls, Math & Science Partnership's mission is to engage, educate, and embrace girls as architects of change.  Working with girls age 11 - 17 and their parents, teachers, and mentors, we draw organizations, stakeholders, and communities together in an effort to ensure that girls succeed in math and science.

An interactive, online activity where users learn about female IT role models and create a scrapbook of their journey.

Provides information about technology-related careers,profiles, myths and realities, role models, workplaces, etc.; organizes actitivities and contests for high school students

InspireIT's "Catch Them Young" campaign is geared towards getting young girls in Secondary Schools who are interested in Sciences, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) sign up for the mentoring program. Mentoring our young girls at an early stage will help them to make the right choices as regards their career and have an idea of what to expect in the University.

The CEMC Workshop in Computer Science for Young Women is a unique opportunity designed to ignite enthusiasm for computer science in interested female students from across Canada. The young women invited learn that computer science is about much more than using and programming computers. Through lectures, labs and hands-on activities, the workshop explores the foundations and applications of computer science that have a profound effect on the world today.

The Centre for Education in Mathematics and Computing at the University of Waterloo hosts an annual Summer Institute for Teachers of Computer Science which offers teachers a chance to learn about new technologies, teaching techniques ,etc.

Summer camp hosted by the University of Waterloo for girls in grades 9 and 10 that aims to spark interest in computer science and challenge stereotypes and barriers to women‘s participation in computer science.

The Chair for Women in Science and Engineering for Ontario (CWSE-ON) works to increase the participation of women of all ages in science and engineering. CWSE-ON Youth Outreach program seeks to inspire young women in elementary and high school to explore science, engineering and technology and to consider careers in these fields.

Champlain College is working to address a serious workforce need by supporting women in pursuing education, and ultimately careers, in technology fields. Nominated students will be eligible to win one of two platinum $10,000 merit-based scholarships. Scholarships will be renewed annually, providing a $40,000 benefit toward the student's degree in an in-demand technology field. Scholarships will be awarded on merit with consideration given to academic quality and promise in the field of technology.

Children’s Technology Workshop (CTWorkshop) teaches children to design and use software and applications and trains children in computer use and programming.

The Code to Change program is a five month program for women who are interested in joining the IT sector.  It involves a coding bootcamp, mentoring, and work experience.  

Cisco Networking Academy Program is a public-private partnership between Cisco Systems, education, business, government and community organizations around the world, aimed at nurturing IT professionals.
